International deliveries may be subject to custom tax or duties. Where applicable, these are to be paid by the customer receiving the goods. Please be aware if you are ordering goods to a country where customs taxes will be charged.

All Giclée prints are wrapped in protective sleeves and mailed in 95% plastic free, flat reinforced packages.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction and that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. Defective and damaged prints will be immediately replaced. If you change your mind about your artwork within 14 days, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations.
If you would like to return your print, please email us via sophiemcilwaineart@gmail.com stating your order number, name, address and a brief reason why you wish to return the item. Artwork must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. ​If your print arrives damaged please attach pictures with the email.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and return address. Please print this email and include it with the item when returned in its original protective packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and costs from the original shipping are non refundable. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or even shipping insurance as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

​Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of a refund. If approved, we will refund your purchase. If you are returning an undamaged print a refund will not be given if the print arrives back damaged. In this instance we recommend that you try and claim your money back from your courier. Shipping insurance is strongly advised.

​Please be aware that commissions and custom artworks can not be returned.
